Java 7 Update 65 was released on Wednesday 16th July. This update has caused issues with IRESS Trader. The primary symptom that has been reported is a white or blank screen upon logging in after upgrading. The issues are caused by the Java update failing to fully remove components from previous versions correctly, and this can occur without any errors being displayed to the user. Users who are required to upgrade to Java 7.65 will need to follow all of the steps in the attached guide in order to ensure the continued operation of IRESS Trader.
